We are all on a journey that often presents itself in different ways for different people; each person’s life is unique. I love connecting with and seeing my clients reach their goals, sometimes that means being in a space of validation and collaboration, sometimes that means I hold you accountable for doing the work required to change to meet your goals. Regardless, I will be there for you. It doesn’t matter if it is anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma that is getting in the way, we can find a way to a better place.

What People Are Saying
“For an event where heart rate management is 60% of the game, it really helped me keep my pre-race anxiety (and heart rate) in check. “I am strong. I am brave” I am VERY thankful for you and that class”
-Former Group participant of her experience using Havening before her competition“I learned a new mechanism that is very effective — I still need to learn more about how and when I should apply in my own life. Class sessions are both informative and really helped me process / learn new aspects of what I am dealing with”
“I was nervous about a group setting for mental health work, but Ariel did a great job of cultivating a safe space for sharing. It made it a lot less intimidating, and I was able to get deep insights without having to overshare and without walking away with new anxieties from the experience itself. All around, they have been very helpful sessions that have improved my emotional regulation in my day-to-day life. I'm so happy to have found this!”
“I gained some skills I was immediately able to implement, which in turn improved my life.”
